This workshop is for NARI Atlanta members who own the marketing and sales decisions in their business—but don’t have “marketing” in their title. Whether you have a small in-house team or work with a full‑service agency, you’ll see how to align your business goals in a one-page marketing strategy so that both people and technology work toward the right outcomes instead of just adding more confusing activity.
In this hands‑on session, you’ll:
-Draft your own one‑page Marketing Snapshot
A simple tool designed to capture the essentials of a complete marketing strategy, with ideal client, brand positioning, core channels, lead generation, conversion and nurturing on a single page to guide marketing decisions and campaign objectives.
-Map current efforts into a core marketing system
Map what you’re already doing—website, SEO/LSAs, social media, events, referrals, and agency campaigns—to a customer journey framework so you know if your marketing is showing up in the right place, at the right time, with the right message to reach the right people.
-Choose 2–3 focus areas that support better margins and job quality
Use your drafted Snapshot to identify 2–3 focus areas that improve the quality and profitability of your pipeline—not just the volume of leads.
-Get a clearer view of how AI fits inside a strategy‑first marketing system, instead of driving mediocre, one‑off tactics.
After the session, attendees will receive our AI Prompts for Building a Marketing Strategy toolkit to further develop your one-page strategy with your team.
