2025 Board of Directors & Committee Chairs
The governing body of NARI Atlanta is the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors perform such duties as necessary to carry out the intent and purpose of the Chapter. The Board of Directors shall consist of the Executive Committee (Officers) and between 6-10 Directors.
Committee Chairs are not Directors, unless they are separately elected to the Board.
Every committee, subcommittee or task force is subject to the control and direction of the Board of Directors. The standing committees and any additional organizational units, councils, committees and tasks forces as may be created, are subject to dissolution or modifications by the Board of Directors. The initial standing committees are: Education, Bylaws & Ethics, Finance & Audit, Government Affairs, and Programs.
