Clinton Watkins

I have been in the concrete industry for almost 25 years. I have worked from the ground up in Ready Mix, dry casting, and now wet cast/pre-cast. It has been a wonderful journey to experience and help build businesses in this industry and I am continuing to learn how to advance every day against our competitors. To always learn something new each day, control the little things that can cost you time and money, and take something good from a bad situation are a few things that I have learned to help me be a better leader in this industry. That is what makes me who I am and keeps me motivated to do what I enjoy each day.
