Oneida Builders is seeking an experienced Residential Remodeling Project Manager / Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day field execution of our high-end renovation projects. This role is designed to work alongside our owner, an experienced master carpenter—by ensuring projects are run with the same care, quality, and accountability that Oneida has been known for since its founding.
This is the type of role for someone who already knows and understands residential renovation takes pride in craftsmanship and wants real responsibility—not micromanagement.

Description of Job Requirements/Responsibilities
The Superintendent is responsible for the successful execution of multiple renovation projects from start to finish. This is a primarily field-based role focused on coordination, quality control, communication, and momentum.
You will:
• Manage 3–5 active residential remodeling projects simultaneously.
• Walk assigned job sites daily to monitor progress, accuracy, cleanliness, safety, and homeowner experience.
• Prepare job sites for upcoming work, ensuring proper site protection and readiness.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and vendors to maintain proper sequencing and timelines.
• Confirm trade schedules in advance, including day-before confirmations and ETAs.
• Direct and coordinate field work to ensure all trades perform according to contracted scope, plans, and specifications.
• Review framing, demo, MEP, and finish work to ensure compliance with drawings and design intent.
• Identify work that may fall outside of scope and communicate with the project team prior to execution.
• Support and document change orders as needed.
• Review Buildertrend schedules regularly and ensure projects remain on track.
• Complete daily Buildertrend logs, including photos and concise descriptions of work completed.
• Perform project walkthroughs, manage punch lists, and drive project closeout.
• Assist with estimating and scope reviews for upcoming projects as needed.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal leadership
