Loren Williams, UDCP

Growing up in New York, Loren has always been inspired by the iconic architectural details of mid-19th century Brownstones. She embraced the opportunity to blend old world elegance with modern urban living while living in her Brooklyn Brownstone. Moving to Atlanta brought about the opportunity to translate that similar style of modern living to historic homes for investors and homeowners. Loren is focused on designing homes using the principle of Universal Remodeling. She has been designing and renovating homes in Atlanta since 2016. Prior to starting the company with Richard, Loren spent over 20 years working in the financial services industry and specifically in asset management analyzing investment opportunities for institutional equity portfolios.

Loren is a member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, a Georgia licensed REALTOR®, and a member of Atlanta REALTORS® Association.

Loren holds a BA in Psychology from Spelman College and an MBA from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania.
