The third meeting of the 2024 Permissive Codes Task Force will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Georgia Department of Community Affairs main office, located at 60 Executive Park South, NE, Atlanta, Georgia 30329, in Boardroom #302.
This will be a working meeting with both morning and afternoon sessions.
The task force is charged with reviewing the 2024 International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC) and the 2024 International Existing Building Code (IEBC) as replacements for the current 2018 IPMC and 2018 IEBC, with any proposed Georgia State Amendments.
