From Chaos to Consistency: Building a Business Your Team Can Run

Wednesday, November 4, 2026
11:00 AM - 1:30 PM (EST)

* Registration open until 11/4/26 at 8:30 AM (EST)

Session:
As your business grows, the informal ways of getting work done that once worked can quickly become a source of confusion, rework, and owner dependency. The answer isn't more processes, more meetings, or more metrics.  Rather, it's knowing where structure will make the biggest difference, without slowing you down.

In this interactive workshop, business owners and leaders will work through five essential elements of a strong operation: Clarity, Process, Measures, Accountability, and Consistency. Using a real challenge from their own business, attendees will identify where work is getting stuck, determine what should be standardized, identify meaningful measures, clarify ownership, and create greater consistency across the team.

Attendees will leave with practical insights and a focused next step they can put into action immediately with the goal of helping their teams execute more effectively and creating a business that doesn't depend on the owner to keep everything moving.

Maggie Ishak is a Business and Leadership Coach with more than 30 years of experience in operations and executive leadership to include senior roles in Supply Chain and Operations at Michelin North America.
