The Emerging Professionals Group (EPG) was created and founded on the principle that we have all had a "day one" in this industry. Our purpose is to help NARI Atlanta members who are 35 years old or younger OR are within their first 5 years in the industry (regardless of age), to achieve their full potential by offering a place to meet other NARI members with the same goals. We aspire to increase their chances of enjoying their chosen field by offering support, mentoring, and introducing them to NARI members with industry experience, who they can look to for guidance.
After a hiatus, we are getting the group back together! Join us for a Meet and Greet event on April 1st where EPG Members and experienced industry professionals can mingle. We will have a brief workshop-style presentation about the mentorship relationship from Gabrielle Mills, entrepreneur, business owner, and NARI Member.

Working inside a publicly traded, international company exposed her to scalable systems, brand positioning at scale, and the operational discipline required to support thousands of franchise locations. That experience continues to shape her strategic, systems-driven approach to business growth.
At 26, feeling the unmistakable pull toward entrepreneurship, she left corporate life, moved back into her mom’s basement, and started building. A decade later, Sourced. supports hundreds of companies nationwide, helping leaders strengthen their foundations and scale with clarity and confidence. Alongside leading her company, Gabrielle has built a growing platform as a keynote speaker, known for blending practical business strategy with raw, honest storytelling. She speaks to entrepreneurs, founders, and corporate teams on emotional resilience, scaling frameworks, and leadership under pressure. In 2025, she was honored with the Mic Drop Award, recognizing her impact and stage presence as a speaker who moves audiences from inspiration to action.
