DCA Fall Conference 2025

We’re excited to announce the 2025 DCA Fall Conference, taking place

Monday, November 17 – Thursday, November 20, 2025, at the

Hyatt Regency in Savannah, GA.

This year marks a special milestone as we partner with the Georgia Municipal Association to combine our annual Fall Conference with the Georgia Initiative for Community Housing (GICH) Fall Retreat for the very first time. Bringing these two impactful events together will allow for deeper collaboration, broader learning opportunities, and a more unified approach to community development and housing solutions across Georgia.
