Cancellation Policies
Event Registration and Sponsorship cancellation policies.
NARI Nights Registration Cancellations
Cancellations made in writing to admin@nariatlanta.org, prior to 5:00 pm on the date of the meeting, will be eligible for fees paid to be transferred to a future NARI Nights meeting date.
No shows will not receive a refund nor will the fees paid be eligible for transfer.
Cancellation of Event Registration
Participants may cancel their registration without penalty up until 10 business days prior to the event.
Cancellations made within 10 business days of the event will receive a 50% refund. Day of cancellations and no-shows will not receive a refund.
Transfer of Registration
Registrations are transferable to other members from the same company. Transfers requests should be made in writing by the registered person to admin@nariatlanta.org. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation of Event Sponsorship
Sponsors who cancel their commitment more than 30 business days prior to the event, will receive a refund of fees paid, less a 10% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 30 business days of the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 10 or fewer business days prior to the event will not receive a refund. Failure to appear or provide sponsorship duties/commitments will result in no refund.
Cancellation of Annual Sponsorship
Sponsors who cancel their commitment within 60 days of the date indicated on the signed sponsor agreement, will receive a refund of fees paid, less a 15% cancellation fee plus any incurred costs related to the sponsorship.
Cancellations made 60 to 180 days after the date indicated on the signed sponsor agreement will receive a refund in direct correlation to the amount or frequency of perks that have been delivered according to the deliverables timeline regardless if the sponsor actually received said perks due to sponsor negligence or inaction. Cancellations made 180 or more days after the date indicated on the signed sponsor agreement will not receive a refund.
Failure to provide sponsorship duties/commitments/content will result in no refund and loss of related perks. NARI Atlanta will make reasonable accommodations to fulfill timing-related perks but is not obligated to make such accommodations once a previously established deadline has passed.
