Residential Design Consultant
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Lead client consultations to understand lifestyle, goals, and design vision
Design high-impact, functional kitchens that balance beauty and usability
Optimize layouts for flow, ergonomics, and visual impact
Produce precise floor plans, elevations, and photorealistic 3D renderings
Chief Architect – required
2020 Design – required
Develop cabinetry layouts, appliance integration, and lighting plans
Select finishes, materials, and fixtures with budget and aesthetics in mind
Prepare complete finish schedules (cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing, hardware, etc.)
