Mark Galey, president of Atlanta-based Master Home Remodelers, was born to build. As a child, he got his hands dirty helping his stepfather with his roofing business. Once ignited, his passion for residential construction and remodeling gave him a blueprint for his professional life, as he honed his skills on hundreds of job sites, learning hands-on construction techniques and building management. After overseeing military and government installations throughout the Southeast and Caribbean, Galey re-focused on home remodeling and launched his own company in Atlanta in 1990. Decades later, Master Home Remodelers is one of Greater Atlanta’s premier residential remodelers and the recipient of numerous local, regional, and national professional awards. Mark currently serves as Chairman of the Board for NARI Atlanta. He is a member of NARI Atlanta’s Finance and Audit committee and chairs the 2020 CotY Awards committee. Nationally, he serves as an Atlanta delegate to NARI has worked on NARI's national Government Affairs committee. He is currently Co-Chair of NARI’s Education committee, focusing on certification. In his spare time, he works with construction-oriented non-profits. Mark likes to say he is a "Red, White and Blue guy", who is most comfortable in boots and blue jeans and still likes to get dirt under his fingernails. He and his wife, Debbie, live in a mid-century modern home they remodeled together in Sandy Springs.
